With a doctorate and master's degree in Logic and Philosophy of Science from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a bachelor's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), he has built a career that integrates analytical rigor, academic management, and applied innovation.

He was Pro-Rector of Institutional Planning and Evaluation at Universidade Positivo and President of the Board of Hoper Educação, with direct participation in the formulation of institutional strategies and the development of data-driven management models.

He is a member of the Technical Evaluation Committee (CTA) and a consultant in Higher Education Evaluation for INEP/MEC.

He conceived and led the Positivo Informática University Portal project, structuring its architecture and operational logic in conjunction with technical teams, and enabling its implementation in several higher education institutions in Brazil.

Currently, he leads the Shared Management and Academic Intelligence initiatives at Hoper, focusing on the development of advanced modeling in Artificial Intelligence and the strategic analysis of educational microdata, guiding higher education institutions in decision-making and the continuous improvement of academic performance.
